| For a multiple product order, we will ship all products contained in the order at the same time, unless you inform us otherwise. |

| There may be times when the product ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed about any products ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. |

| When proof approval is requested by the customer, artwork/layout proof and quote will be faxed, mailed or emailed for approval. Orders are not confirmed or processed until proof approval is received back. If no proof is requested, orders are processed as customer requested in instructions given during order placement. |

| Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation through our store does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. King Custom reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Requested proof approval orders are considered “accepted” when the signed artwork/layout proof and quote is received back. Signature approval is accepted via fax, mail, or email. |

| A one-time fee will be charged for any customized design/logo (ie: family crests, emblems, company logos,photos) that would require scanning, typesetting, artwork or set-up. All designs and logos are kept on file for future use.Set-up fees range from $35-$125 depending on the complexity of the design. Custom artwork will be quoted per order received.
Artwork setup fees are seperate from any screen setups and/or digitizing fees required for screen printed or embroidered items. |

| A package/handling fee will be applied to all shipped orders, and may be applied to pick-up orders, at the discretion of King Custom. |

No orders are processed or shipped on any major holiday, Saturday, Sunday, or during the annual Company shut-down.
Most non-personalized orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Personalized/custom orders will ship in an average of 7-10 business days, depending on the item, specifications and quantity. Approximate processing time for each customized item is shown on the items page. Customers can always elect to pick-up orders in person.
USPS or UPS shipping will be used for orders with a single package weight under 150 pounds*. This includes overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day or ground delivery.
*Single items over 50 lb may require a crate. Crate fee of $35-$50 applies. Crated items over 150 lbs require common carrier transport. Additional charges apply and will be quoted/approved prior to order acceptance.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by King Custom or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability

| Title to goods passes to purchaser at FOB (freight on board) and all recourse for lost or damaged goods rests with the carrier and not King Custom Inc. If package isn’t delivered in a timely fashion, contact the carrier for status. In the unlikely event of breakage or damage on receipt, file a claim with the carrier. Save all cartons and contents, and notify the carrier immediately for a prompt inspection. It is possible that if you dispose of the packaging cartons on contents that your claim will not be honored. |

| Non-personalized item orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Must call to cancel. Sending notice via email is not a valid cancellation method.
All personalized orders are firm and non-cancellable once the order is accepted. After all, these items are made just for you. We can't resell them.

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. PayPal payments accepted. |

| We will gladly accept the return of non-personalized products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. At our discretion, fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. Please call us to discuss any problems with your order before returning products.
Personalized/custom order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. After all, these items were made just for you – we can’t resell them. |

| King Custom shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether King Custom signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, King Custom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. King Custom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, King Custom shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
