Title to goods passes to purchaser at FOB (freight on board) and all recourse for lost or damaged goods rests with the carrier and not King Custom Inc. If package isn’t delivered in a timely fashion, contact the carrier for status. In the unlikely event of breakage or damage on receipt, file a claim with the carrier. Save all cartons and contents, and notify the carrier immediately for a prompt inspection. It is possible that if you dispose of the packaging cartons on contents that your claim will not be honored.
